This format, originally scheduled for 17th February 1992 was not advertised in any promotion material for the Shades Of Paranoimia (The Carl Cox Mix) single released on that date. The formats released on that day were the Cassette, CD, 12" and the limited edition second CD. Technically this a seperate release as it was released two days later and would have avoided contravening B.P.I. (British Phonographic Industry) rules that stated only four formats were allowed to be combined as the total sales of any particular single. This format replaced the limited edition CD that was deleted on the day of release when stocks had sold out and was combined with the remaining three other formats. The catalogue number for this format is the umbrella number in the B.P.I.'s chart record for the single's combined sales.

 

Labels give incorrect publishing details: A-side lists EMI Songs Ltd. instead of Warner Chappell Music Ltd./Perfect Songs Ltd. while the B-side omits Copyright Control.The barcode omits the number 5 digit from the beginning of the code that should read 5 021732 201478.
