ART OF NOISE: Beatbox (ZTT 12").
 
Titled to deliver all I need to tell, I suppose. A box that beats whichever way you play or shake it: be it drum, piano, voice or stoops of switchboard gloop, it all sounds like gunfire. Extensively evolved from ‘Into Battle’, schematically pocked with starting gaps and designed to go boom in your ears. A lot of noise about nothing? I prefer to think it might be about anything. A very good record.
