ART OF NOISE: Peter Gunn (Chrysalis)
One of the most revolting bi-products of Morley's ego climb to pop fame
was the creation of the artistically worthless, style-focussed ZTT.
Flitting round the lower levels of this pretentious league of outdated,
hyped morons buzzed the Art Of Nause. 'Peter Gunn'- hopelessly puffed up
by the useless Duane Eddy - is the latest drivel offering. Twanging
guitars go nowhere and only serve to remind those who might wish to be
forever young at 50 how ridiculous they can look.
Phoney, pretentious and pathetic. |
